INFO 3019 Project Management

INFO 3019  Project Management  (10 Credit Points)  
This subject provides students with fundamental project management skills, theories, and frameworks required in today’s complex ICT and business environments. This subject explores the principles, methodologies, and best practices in project management. It develops skills in project initiation, planning, execution, closing, monitoring, and control using several methodologies. Students explore project management knowledge areas while integrating ethical principles and Indigenous perspectives into project planning and execution. Hands-on experience using industry-standard project management tools prepares students for real-world applications. Working in teams under staff supervision, students develop practical skills to work as assistant project managers or project team members. This subject equips students with the knowledge and tools needed to thrive in ICT project environments.
Level: Undergraduate Level 3 subject  
Pre-requisite(s): Students who are NOT in 3769 Bachelor of Data Science must complete
